This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to the Cloud Spectra products and services, including the AI/LLM gateway. It exists to keep the platform lawful, secure, and reliable.
1. Prohibited activity
You will not use the products to:
- Violate any law, regulation, export-control or sanctions requirement, or third-party right.
- Send malware, launch denial-of-service attacks, or perform unauthorized scanning/penetration of systems you do not own or have permission to test.
- Transmit unlawful, infringing, or unsolicited bulk content, or evade abuse and rate controls.
- Attempt to bypass tier, license, or entitlement controls, or to access another tenant's data.
2. AI / LLM gateway use
When routing traffic to third-party model providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock) through the gateway, you must comply with those providers' usage policies in addition to this AUP. You will not use the gateway to generate or distribute content that is illegal, that facilitates abuse or harm, that violates the model providers' acceptable-use rules, or that processes data you are not permitted to process. You are responsible for the prompts and outputs flowing through your gateway.
3. Security & integrity
Because Cloud Spectra is an inline network appliance, you are responsible for configuring firewall, NAT, and access rules appropriately for your environment, and for keeping your AWS account secure. Report suspected vulnerabilities under our responsible disclosure policy.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and, consistent with the applicable agreement, suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates this AUP or that poses a risk to others. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to cure.
